WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have five courier partners in Australia. eParcel, Aramex, Allied Express, Hunter Express, and Toll. These are the five shipping methods available right now.

Monkey Deals takes the liberty of choosing one of these five services for you. Our logistics team analyzes the package, its cost, and the estimated time of delivery and then chooses the most efficient method for you. You can request choosing a specific courier service from these five by contacting us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

The delivery can take different times for different locations.

For shipments in Victoria, it will require 3 to 5 working days. For New South Wales, South Australia, and Australian Capital Territory, it will take upto 8 working days. The rest of Australia will need 10 days for product delivery.

You should take note that all products are dispatched from our distribution center in Melbourne. The products will not be dispatched until your payment is all cleared out. This dispatching procedure will require an extra one or two days.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

It's as easy as browsing the internet. Just come to the Monkey Deals website and search for your product. Click on add to cart. Then a bubble will pop up. There will be three options in it. Continue shopping, view the cart, and Proceed to checkout.

If you will not buy anything else, then click on proceed to checkout. Then you will see options for opening an account or log in. Log in if you have a Monkey Deals account or create a new one if you are new here. Create your account with your payment information then proceed to payment. That is how you place an order in Monkey Deals.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, you will need an account. Monkey Deals need your account for security and safety reasons.

Without your account, there would have been a lot of complications in payment.

WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
Whenever you have a query, you can contact the customer service management of Monkey Deals. They are available all seven days of the week. Just make sure you have asked your queries between 10 am to 6 pm to get an instant reply.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You cancel your order from your account dashboard. Log in to your Monkey Deals account and go to your orders. Then select the order you want to cancel and cancel it.

You cannot change orders. However, you can cancel the existing order and make a new order with the changes you want.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Log into your Monkey Deals account and go to your account dashboard. There you will see an order section. Click on that and you will see your orders. From there you can track your orders.
